Program Information:

Visit Rome for a week and you’ll see the most famous sites, like the Colosseum and Pantheon. Live and work in Rome for a semester, and you’ll learn how to order your espresso, you’ll meet your Italian neighbors, and you’ll know the best short cuts home (inevitably walking by those same famous sites!). The Intern in Rome program with CISabroad is the best way to experience Italian culture, enhance your language skills, and advance your future career. We’ll tailor your internship to match your goals and interests. If you tire of Rome (unlikely), you can easily travel throughout Italy and to other incredible European destinations. With the CISabroad Career Launch Toolkit, you’ll receive résumé coaching, a completion certificate, and more!

Here are a few great features that are unique to this program:
  • Diverse internship placement working alongside Italians
  • Weekend excursions—two-day trips included
  • Comprehensive Italian language classes
  • Weekly cultural activities
  • Career Launch Toolkit
  • 24/7 on-site support
Location:
Rome is home to a variety of cultural sites and is rich in European history. While here, you have the opportunity to visit the Capitoline museum, the Colosseum, the Spanish steps, the Trevi Fountain, and the Vatican City. After visiting all of these historical sites, you'll gain a new appreciation for the culture of Rome. Visit various other countries in Europe during your stay -- France, Germany, Spain and others are only a few hours away!
